Has Central or South America ever had an epic tank battle?

Peru was the first nation to deploy tanks in combat,

Czech LTL (AKA Panzer 38(t)) light tanks, against Ecuador during one of their many, many wars throughout the XX century, but since Ecuador had no armor whatsoever they fought unopposed.

And then there was the Dominican Republic, which deployed Swedish Stridsvagn m/40K light tanks against the american invasion of the Island, which were hopelessly outmatched by (I think) Marine Corp’s M41 Walker Bulldog light tanks.

Other than that, no tank battles whatsoever, just infantry jungle skirmishes in the modern era of the region.
